All product sold by tiger PC Solutions Ltd are return to base warranty only.
All new systems sold by Tiger PC Solutions Ltd carry a 10
Year return to base
guarantee. 1st year manufacturers parts and labour. Remainder labour. Software issues are not covered by this guarantee,
but free telephone or in store technical support will be provided by Tiger PC
Solutions Ltd for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser only.
Customers are advised to ensure product
compatibility with us before purchasing, as goods are not sold for a trial
basis. Products cannot be returned or refunded on grounds of incompatibility,
or software related problems.
Guarantee conditions:- The guarantee given by
the vendor is subject to the following conditions. The systems must be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months. The vendor
shall not be liable when any fitted tamper seals have been broken, or for any
defects arising from wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions,
misuse or alteration or repair of the goods and or accidental damage by the
customer or third party.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Tiger PC Solutions Ltd reserve the right to
change specifications without prior notice.
